Please take the time to read the relevant terms & conditions before attending your appointment or class.

  • General Studio Etiquette

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment as this is for your own safety and the enjoyment and respect for all class participants and the practitioner.

    • UPR reserves the right to refuse entry at anytime.

    • Mobile Phones must be turned off or to silent once in the studio.

    • All purchases are final and non-refundable.

    • Gift vouchers may be redeemed for classes, memberships, class packs or products. They are not redeemable for cash.

    • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs and benefits.

    • Talking must be kept to minimum for your own safety and the safety of others as cueing may not be heard properly. By keeping conversations to a minimum it is also being respectful to your practitioner and other class participants.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Appointment cancellations must be made by contacting the studio on 0439 497 314. If our staff are busy and the phone goes to voicemail, please leave a message or send a text informing that you have to cancel.

    • Cancellations must be made by 5pm the day before your appointment. If the cancellation is made after 5pm, you will incur a late fee which will be charged at 50% of your appointment fee.

    • If you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment - you will be charged 75% of your appointment fee.

    • If you’re a no show for your appointment and didn’t make contact with us prior - please understand that we’ll need to charge 100% of the fee.

    • If you are able to reschedule your appointment to another time within the same week, the cancellation fee will be waived. NOTE: If you do not attend or cancel the rescheduled appointment, you will be charged the late cancellation fee.

    These terms also apply to sessions taken by Allied Health Assistants, Exercise Scientists, or Personal Trainers.

    • Every possible effort will be made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised, however the schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice.

    • A minimum of 2 clients is required for a class to run or it will be cancelled at the discretion of UPR.

    Waitlist Process

    • If you join a waitlist for a class, and a spot becomes available - you will be automatically added to the class. Our system does this automatically so we can prioritise those on the waitlist, and the people who joined it first.

    • We recommend cancelling outside the cancellation window even if you’re on the waitlist, if you’re not sure that you could still attend should you be added to the class. Please read the below cancellation policy, which also applies to waitlist bookings.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Class cancellations must be made through the StudioGrowth website.

    • Cancellations must be made over 8 hours before your class booking otherwise your class credit will be forfeited. This also applies for non-attendance/no shows.

    • There is a 3 strike no show policy whereby your online privileges may be suspended until further notice. This may also apply to clients who we feel have late cancelled an unreasonable amount of times.

    Credit Packs & Memberships

    Introductory Offer (6 classes for $60):

    • Limit one per customer.

    • Credits must be used within 3 weeks of activation date. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended.

    • Any unused credits will be forfeited after 3 weeks.

    • Credits may be used for either beginner or open level group classes.

    • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.

    • All class bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.

    • No extensions shall be granted to the activation period for sickness, injury or any other reason.

    • Passes cannot be shared amongst multiple clients.

    Pre-paid credit packs:

    • Credit packs have varying expiry. 5 class credit packs - 3 months. 10 class credit packs - 6 months. 20 class credit packs - 12 months,

    • Any unused credits will be forfeited.

    • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.

    • All class bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.

    • Passes cannot be shared amongst multiple clients.

    Weekly and Monthly Memberships:

    • The Weekly and Monthly Pass Membership allows you to attend the chosen pass amount of regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates classes per week/month, but excludes pop-ups, workshops or other special events.

    • Credits do not carry over into the following week/month. Unused credits are forfeited at the end of the week/month.

    • This membership has a minimum 13-week lock-in period from date of sign up, at which time the membership will continue on a week-to-week/month-to-month basis. After this lock-in period concludes the membership will continue on a week-to-week/month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel your membership after this time a 2-week notice must be provided in writing to info@ultimateperformanceandrehab.com.au.

    • You may pause your membership for up to 2 weeks in a 52 week period. Written notice to pause your membership is required 2 weeks prior to your anticipated pause dates.

    • Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.

    • Passes cannot be shared amongst multiple clients.

    • All class bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.
