    — Charles C.

  • "An amazing balanced class supporting all the new faces while extending those who were ready. That’s the sort of service and expertise that comes with years of experience and an enormous amount of knowledge. Thank you!"

    — Ebony C.

  • "I’ve been attending UPR for years and feel nothing but overwhelming support and very welcome. They have educated me throughout the years in regards to how emotional pain can affect your body and contribute to possible flare ups. I’ve now got a more positive outlook and more understanding on Psychogenic pain. I couldn’t have gotten through this back injury without the UPR team, their positivity and supportive attitudes."

    — Lindsey M.

  • "Dallas was thorough and provided fantastic guidance through injury rehab."

    — Gault M.

  • "Love the reformer sessions given by UPR. No class the same and the instructors are awesome. Always keeping a watch that you’re doing the exercises correctly, and making alterations to accommodate any injuries one might have so you can still enjoy / take part in the sessions."

    — Annette K.
