What to expect at your appointments …
1:4 Semi-Private Group
Want a little more independence or maybe you like to be a little social? Semi-private sessions match up four clients with a practitioner, with each person working on their tailored program that is developed in the initial assessment and subsequent consultations.
Initial Assessment
The best way to start is with a comprehensive examination where we hear your story, explore your movement and work together towards your goals whether they be in relation to an injury, sports performance, starting your Pilates journey or just to keep fit in a way that is individualised to you.
Prior to your first appointment, you’ll need to complete a new patient form. This should be in your emails after booking!
Please read the Terms and Conditions for your appointment prior to attending.
Bookings for initial consultations are available by calling, or using the Book Now function on the website menu.
1:1 Consultations
Work 1:1 with our Exercise Physiologist and Pilates practitioners utilising the full range the studio has to offer from Pilates apparatus (Reformer, trapeze table, wunda chair, ladder barrel) to suspension trainers and free weights. You are taken through a fully individualised program based on goals set in your assessment.
Our Extended Consultations run for one hour, although we like to give you the time you need to work through a full program; we realise that a 30 minute consult may be all that is required.
